Usually in the database it will specify wether or not it’s for cooked meat or raw.

Better to go buy raw measurements if it’s a lean meat. For really fatty pieces, it’s better to find a cooked entry.

If you choose cooked from the data base they may often assume that you added things in the cooking. However for something that renders a lot of fat, like bacon, I enter it cooked. Meats are hard to get right. So many weird entries here at fs. Try to use the usda data entries when you can

I decided to count the meat raw. The important thing is to maintain the calculation of quantity, quotas and macros constantly. Thanks😍😍😍
