This is depressing 😒 I was extra good yesterday, even fasted until 2:30 and ate well under “maintenance” calories 😞 It sucks to think “I know what my body wants!” And then find out, I don’t. Ugh I’m too impatient!!
157.4 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Menu looked squeeky clean to me. There are many things that you do not count carbs on that have carbs such as whipping cream, eggs, all cheeses. But your carb number is still so low. Just keto on.

I know what you mean Liv001. Though the brands of cream, eggs, and some cheese I buy don’t have a carb count. They might if I ate more than a serving of it though. Nuts are the one thing I think I might eat too much of 😅
