For cloud bread you need: 2 eggs (separate) 1oz cream cheese Salt What to do: Preheat oven to 300F. Beat egg whites with salt until firm peaks. Beat egg yolk with cream cheese. If you want, you can add some garlic or other seasonings. Gentle mix both parts with spatula. Cover baking sheets with parchment paper, put foamy dough with the spoon on like buns and bake about 20min until gold) 

nice to see this recipe. Dr. Atkins had one like this in his 1972 book on the Atkins diet

Keilin_4, I really love food))) but I‘m lazy too, that’s why I try the most simplest recipes like „take everything what you have on the fridge, mix everything in a bowl, bake everything about 10 minutes“😂😂😂 

I am FROM California. I grew up in Redondo Beach (and Lawndale, and Hawthorne). Even though I moved to Virginia almost 40 years ago, I still used to go to CA quite frequently until almost three years ago, when my sister died.

I used to WORK at LAX! I was a parking lot director there in my early 20's (when there were only SIX terminals, and the airport was only on ONE level!) I haven't seen it in several years, because I usually fly into San Diego when I have gone to visit my sister for the past 30 years or so, since my kids were little. Ok, ok, you can quit trying to calculate my age. I'm 64-1/2, and I worked there in 1973 or 1974, when I was going to Bible College. I had to walk through EVERY lot to check on how many spaces there were and close lots as they filled, then reopen when there were a few spaces. I was in the best physical shape of my life back then - doing the loop of the entire airport several times a day! The cover photo on my FaceBook page is from that time! (Don't everybody go out and start sending me "Friend Requests" - I prefer to do all my communicating on FatSecret; and, besides, I wouldn't recognize your "real" names anyway and don't accept friend requests from strangers. LOL 

I used to live near LAX also...back in the 80's. I actually lived in Torrance. I worked for the Federal Aviation Administration, for about 8 years, before moving back to the mid-west. Sometimes I miss the freedom and anonymity of LA. I loved running (remember I was in my 20's back then, and could run) on the strand at Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach. One day I hope to return, if for no other reason to sit on the sand near the pier again and watch the surfers. 

Debbie, I‘m 32 and I don’t see any problems why we couldn’t have I coffee when you’ll visit LA 🙂 I live here only couple of months and in the USA about a year. Originally I came from Belarus, but before the USA I lived 3 years in Germany. And for me it’s a bit difficult to find new friends here, especially I have no work right now... so I would be glad🙂 

It's a date, @Koshka-_-! Actually, my best friend is only 32, as well. She says, "Age is an illusion." Too bad you only have a one-bedroom place! My friend wants to move out to CA for a month or two because she is an actress and wants to hit the agencies out there.  

@To145, I caught 52 perch one day fishing off Redondo pier with a snag line! My house was just a block off of Manhattan Beach Boulevard, about 5 miles inland. If ONLY I had known way back then how much real estate sells (or RENTS) for now, I would have found a way to STILL own the houses I lived in as a child (in Redondo Beach, Hawthorne, and Lawndale)! I'd be independently wealthy right now! Especially since I live in Virginia, where the property prices are so much LOWER!
