Wild woman at heart. Sex educator, blogger, podcaster.

8/2/18 I have enjoyed many decades of relatively effortless weight control. At 61, it's not working any more and I've put on about 20 extra pounds. I'm in the public eye a lot and I am single - so those are two great reasons (besides my health) that I want to lose the extra.

11/14/18 Update: Lost the 20 and am beginning to fit back into some of my clothes! Felt good to be able to pull a pair of jeans on. Stretch jeans, but hey - one step at a time. :-)

Because of all the workouts, my body is simply feeling better, moving better and I have more energy. My mind is clearer, too. I guess exercise is not optional when you hit 60. :-)

Cholesterol has gone down from 264 (combined) in early July to 199 in early November. Feeling pretty damn good about that...almost as good as pulling on those jeans.

Can you add a Meal to the Diet Plan
Yes!

in MyFitnessPal (free or paid)

* Go to settings
* in Food and Exercise Diary Settings, at the top you will see where you can select what nutrients are tracked
* under that you will see Default Add Food View
* under that is Meal Names:
* You can rename the meals to anything you want, and there are up to a max of 6 meals

I used to have "Pre-workout" and "Post-workout" meals, but those don't make sense on rest days, where I am still having at least 5 meals. So, I simply number them - meal 1 through meal 6. Works for me Cool
