I’ve not entered anything in this journal for the last couple of years but I’ve entered my food consumption every day to keep me reasonably on the straight and narrow. In the two years my weight has increased by some ten pounds where it has remained stable for the last twelve months.
The changes in my routine in the New Year will include more exercise and a slightly adjusted diet. I will strive or reach a target of 170 lbs by the beginning of 2020. This will mean a loss os some 22 lb. wish me luck. Best wishes to all my good friends on Fatsecret.
