Today I am feeling just blah. I almost quit until I looked at recent photos of myself. I'm trying to stay on track it is just hard. I don't feel like eating or drinking all this "great" (yuck) water.

Not sure why I am feeling like this because yesterday I was in a great mood! Weird.......

I think it was something about the day yesterday b/c I was super blah yesterday too and didnt get up to walk around as much as I usually do or should have and I was kinda cranky and wanted to curl up and be left alone.. but I'm glad you are keeping on.. you're doing soooo great!! keep it up and thanks for the uplifting message on my journal!

You're not alone...I was feeling blah too! That's a good idea to look at pics to keep you motivated...I have plenty of unsavory ones to keep me going, lol. You're doing great, keep going! :)

You are doing TERRIFIC...I"m so proud of you. And the blah days are going to happen just remember for is not the answer...take a walk, watch a movie, call your best friend...anything to get you mind off the kitchen. You live in FL it is beautiful....take you butt to the beach (but wear sunscreen). And from the one pic I've seen of you , you are gorgeous :)
