Not a good week. Too many goodies at Thanksgiving and too much craving for chocolate this week. Need to get back on track.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I havent been doing so well either, the past three weeks, eating potato chips, etc, going to try again. i never keep trying,i don't give up no matter how many times I fail.

You said too many “goodies at thanksgiving “ n “need to get back on track” thanksgiving was one day last month

When u decide you really really really want to lose weight you will get rid of all excuses and do what you need to do, be on a caloric deficit
