gooooooooood monday morning...scales is up even though i know its still just salt intake from saturdays meal of salad at mcdees...one of the things i hate about leaving the house an thinkin your eating right only to find out that i should of took food with me as it would of been healthier...i can just picture taking a cooler into mcdees and while everyone else is at the counter i get my salad outta a cooler..an eat something healthy..kept on the bike to no where yesterday while i was detoxing...did over 25,000 in steps yesterday and wanted to do another 8,000 but decided at 25,000 i better see how i felt today...i know i could of done it...if my butt could of took it...i did 3x40 min rides....was so humid again yesterday...and thats why i didnt do a morning walk...since i didnt get to do a 2 x24 hour detox then im gonna use monday as my second detox day...try an get all that unwanted salt outta my system..i always start my detox from 4pm till 4pm the next day...usually by supper i eat something...wish i could do a 48 hour detox, but i get to hungry by then...well...need to get up an dressed...head out an get my first ride started for the day...chance of rain today...guess we could use a shower...been watering my mator and pepper every day since its been so hot...have a great memorial day everyone...keep it moving....

Keep on moving! It does add up inevitably and will show in time if you're not overeating too much. That weight scale WILL go down if you're eating a balanced diet and getting all that exercise in - it's just a matter of time before that weight starts melting off; keep going!
