OMG. Today's input of food intake is mind boggling. If I had input it as I went instead of after, I would be in better shape. No exercise either. I talked myself out of it! Yesterday, as I was watching a football game, I munched on tortilla chips and cheese dip. I told myself that I would not eat anymore so I would not gain weight. WRONG!!!! I will be 55 on Wednesday. Let turning 55 be the year of the healthy, wonderful lifestyle that I have been dreaming of for my 54th year. I am joining the think positive challenge and will post messages on my bathroom mirror. No negative thoughts as I have just written. Just the positive ones and here's to a better day by day.

It always, always, always pays off to plan ahead. Write in what you're eating before or while you're eating. If I don't plan ahead, things sometimes get crazy. I don't really enjoy the food more, I just eat more. Then I regret it afterwards. So not worth it.
