Didn't watch my carbs this week. Was out of ketosis. Did splurge on some foods that I liked...sweet potatoes, sushi, lo carb ice cream with some dark chocolate nibs, sautéed onions... Still stayed within my calorie limits though.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 41.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I have had good success with the keto diet in the past so I will probably keep on it till I reach my goal weight...just have to buckle down and do it...:)
