Running is put on hold for now. I'm adding another symptom to my mysterious illness. I have been so sore for the past 5 days. I haven't ran at all. I've noticed the past few times when I've tried to start running the same thing happens. I start running and then about 2 weeks in this same thing happens. I currently feel like I just tried to run 5 miles just yesterday. I haven't been running or did hardly any exercise for around 5 days because I feel so bad. Its like running puts too much pressure on my body and it can't handle it... Add it to the (very long) list of weird things wrong with me. All of these things are probably part of some bigger picture I just don't know what the picture is of yet.

I have finally made an appointment for the doctor, well sort of. I'm thinking I probably won't get an appointment at the regular clinic, every time I call the next opening is like 3 months down the road. They have an "emergency clinic". It's not actually the emergency room it's just for people who need to see a doctor right away but can't get into the regular clinic. I just picked a day and I'm going to go to the emergency clinic. I'm going to try and call the regular clinic and see if they can work me in on the day I picked. If not I'm still going.

I can't put this off any longer. I'm not sure what is going but I need to get it figured out... I can't even run like I want too...

Good for you deciding to finally go see the doctor at urgent care. Keep track of your symptoms, when they started and how long they gave been going on so the doctor gets a full picture.

I have my suspicions on what I think might be wrong. After a little research and lots of compiling of symptoms I'm leaning toward chronic fatigue syndrome. CFS would not explain the lack of sweating so I think that's something else. I'll wait and see what the doctor says. If it is CFS than unfortunately running probably out of the picture.... But I won't know anything until I see the doctor, 2 weeks from yesterday...

I hope you find out what this could be, I'm glad you made the choice to visit a clinic. I finally started seeing my now permanant doctor only last year. It helps a bunch to know what all the odd things going on with your body is, and pays off in the end.
