Traveling Day

I have to spend 9 hours in the car :(

I plan to take packages of beef jerky and Quest Cookies and eat only that stuff, nothing else. No Mc Donald's on the way!

Yesterday, because it was an eating day, I allowed myself to have some of the cookies at an afternoon meeting. This set of a carb binge and I ended the day at 100+ carbs (and 2k+ calories). A one pound gain isn't bad considering...
