I feel like I’m losing steam and desire. Not deviating from the diet just not as focused. Like the eating is too routine. I’ve started craving stuff like never before. I don’t give in but I’m losing the drive. It is like I’ve hit an emotional plateau. Any suggestions?

U work cause u have to, u brush ur teeth cause u have to, u watch what u eat cause u have to. Deep inside u want money, u want nice healthy teeth, u want the benefits of watching ur diet 😉

Mix it up. Freshen up your go-to recipe stack. Find a new veg or protein to add. Look for mineral deficiencies, or just supplement trace minerals. Cravings are your body talking, you just have to learn to understand the message.

remember your goals, look at before pics, put on a pair of jeans that are way to big now.

I have been following the ketogenic diet. Never crazy hungry in fact I'm able to fast without being hungry. Look up Dr Ken Berry on youtube and also Dr. Boz also on youtube. you can also look on a support site by joining Lazy Keto with Jess. This is not a diet but a way of eating for the rest of your life.
