1:00 AM and I woke up, 2:28 already, I am going to get up , I am tired💤 but it's my mind 🧠 that doesn't let me sleep, thinking about 💩🤯😒

yep up every night around 1 and I drink water and hopefully get another couple hours. what has you thinking so much?? you need some serious exercise and food! chase those sleepless nights away. I know that helps me

Well, I don't really know, everything is fine around me, I was just thinking about my new lifestyle, what I am going to eat next week, blah, blah, blah 😂, I am going to start riding my bicycle again this morning, and exercising in the afternoon, probably I am not tired enough to go to sleep

I hope you can to, this is my normal thing I get up normally at 4 so not too big a difference. Sometimes food type before bed makes a difference too. I find chicken tends to make me more sleepy

Thank you, I have been eating really bad, but I consider my dinner as a "healthy food " beans, rice, eggs and salad, nothing fried. I was satisfied. Our bodies are crazy , 4: 00 here 😴

Have you tried 'Calm' magnesium powder? There's one specifically for sleep

Ugh that is what I go through every night. If I fall asleep around 8 I’ll wake up at 12-1 and sometimes I can sleep 1 extra hour before I have to get up at 5am. If I fall asleep later, then I wake up at 3 and can’t go back to sleep. Exercising made it worse. That’s why I stopped going to the gym 😪

I did sleep almost two more hours, I least I didn't eat nothing at midnight , I am going to start my day with a stress relief tea 🍵😶

Perhaps it is ok to not get 8 hours sleep every night.

Maybe, but it makes me so stressed and hungry 😐, I know that we don't need to be eating all the time too 🐷😁😂

Time for Melatonin. Although the body produces some, a little extra works.

Sorry about your sleep trouble. I seldom have that problem. If I do, I just get up and do something, read, mop the kitchen floor, sort laundry, whatever. It usually helps because then I get sleepy, go back to bed and fall asleep. Have you tried meditation to help you relax and stop your mind from spinning? My friend says that helps her.

Thank you, I took one hour nap, melatonin works sometimes , I did great with my diet today, I am tired so I think I am going to sleep good tonight 😴
