How can you eat these things and stay under your daily calories? That has to be over 1300 calories in one meal.

No, what I mean is that your daily caloric intake or . . . ? Because when I was eating fast food, well that's why I'm huge!

No way could I eat that, I felt myself gain five pounds just looking at the picture. My standard "eating out" meal is a side salad with whatever protien I can get them to grill for me, like fish or chicken.

Sometimes you have to live a little. One meal will not make you fat . The problem would be the next and the next if you ate like that everyday. I stress a lot after but I do take one day to enjoy . I try to count the calories as best I can though.

I’ve tried in and out, and don’t see the appeal. Thin burgers and soggy fries. If I’m going to have a high calorie fast food meal, I’d rather go to The Habit Burger Grill, for fresh quality beef and fries. I’m probably in the minority here. Lol.

I worked for in n out for 4-5 yrs. bread and meat are fresh never frozen. we peel the potatoes at the store never frozen, we hand 🤚 peel the lettuce, we slice the tomatoe. I know for a fact it’s fresh

Fries look like they do cause they are fries, salt, pepper and oil. That’s it, no preservatives!
