Congratulations on your OMAD success :) Yes, the gym is great, for me it is very helpful, but, my diet is the most important thing for me :) Logging everything I eat, every day, is the most beneficial thing for me.

I'm in same boat as you, always thinking I don't have time to do the gym because the kids keep me busy.. What I did do was joined a excercise class at the Park n Rec in town and it's only on Tuesdays and the other days I try to sneak in at home a DVD excercise tape. Other days I keep moving around the house, do yard work and housework. Trying not to sit much, just keep on moving. I did joined a gym and paid 40 bucks a month for and hardly went because I couldn't find the time, total wasted of money for me.

I used to work out with my babies. I'd sit and lay them on my legs, then do leg lifts. I "bench pressed" them, lifting them over my head. It worked!

Spending time with your baby is so important. You can exercise at home when the baby is sleeping. Or you can take walk’s.

Babies are precious and need all the attention they can get. Hope you have some way of getting out tho, hope you don't use the baby as an excuse not to take care of yourself : ) GL (your baby needs you to be healthy and stay healthy)

I was able to find a gym with daycare that didn't cost too much, but I found myself not going, so I started at home workouts and just did what I could when I could. If I could take the kids for a walk or to the park, that might be my workout that day, but I think if you've got the healthy eating in there you're already on the right track. Good luck!!

OMAD will give you results especially if you pair it with Keto. Don't worry too much about the gym. The diet is more important.

I used to bench press my baby when I couldn't get to the gym.
