Fasting a.m. BS = 137; weight 175.6 It's a ragweed morning -- sneezing, headache, runny nose, lethargic. Will take an aspirin and feel better soon. Walked about 30 minutes this afternoon with dog, cat, and husband. Went a little further than yesterday and then walked out into the orchard to look at fig tree and pear tree, and picked the cherry tomatoes. The pear tree was planted when my husband was small, so is over 70 years old. It still bears a few pears but is way beyond its expected life span. It still makes a gorgeous blossom display in the spring, but can't hold a candle to the wild pear trees. Planned today: 1310 cals, 81/10/9 macros; net carbs 19.05 I figured my A1c for the first 15 days of Sept. It is 6.2. My highest BS reading was 170 for these 15 days.I am really pleased. I will keep on Keto-ing!
