Counting down..good Saturday morn..last few therapy sessions on shoulder..should be done before dr apt on oct 8 th...working more on strengthening now..along with getting as much movement as we can..
After therapy yesterday cut grass once again..by 4pm..was trying to stay awake in recliner...was just to tired..when it came time for bed..had to start out in recliner..couldn’t get comfy in bed..but once I meditated..ended up getting relaxed enough to go back to bed for the nite...
Finally getting eyes to open..hoping to get on zwift later and do a ride...doing the ramped up therapy and wanting to ride..leaves me to tired..first thing in the morning..have also been swinging a kettlebell..want to start using that as well toadd to my move morning and before bedtime workout...push this body...
Breakfast is over...need to prep today...get ahead for a few more days..
Taking longer for the sun to wake up in the mornings...not a good sign..means..colder weather is getting closer..not a fan of colder days..my summer went by to quick...to many trips to therapy..time flew by..now winter is almost here again..
Well...time to move..move..move...
