Well...I did pretty good until I decided to have a second glass of wine (they say 5 oz is a glass, I say 8oz is, so I recorded it as 4 glasses tonight). 1431 is a lot of calories. Will have to try a little harder, but dang--it was a tough week and it's Friday night!

Wine is a treat for me - a rare one these days, but I found a 99 calorie, zero carb vodka beverage at the liquor store - it's nice and refreshing - not wine but better than nothing.

My heavy bold red wines are around 100-125 per 5oz.

No--I drink pinot grigio or merlot--it depends. I have a variety in my wine rack.
