Fasting a.m. BS = 106; weight 174.8. Starting a challenge today, need to lose 3.3 lbs per month, walk at least 10 min. daily, exercise at least 3 X week. Seems easy, but the walk may have to be indoors some days because temps are going back into the 90s next week.
Update: I walked 20 minutes today. I expected to be joined by my dog, but I didn't expect the cat to walk with us! You should have seen her flying leap into the ditch when a pickup came by! When we got back to our driveway, she flopped down in the dirt like she was exhausted and lashed her tail angrily. Not sure whether she was mad because the walk was short, or whether she was mad because the pickup scared her!
The rain has perked up my garden! I gathered green and purple peppers, Swiss chard, and asparagus!!!! Yummm! Ok, I cooked the chard with peppers for supper, served with beef patty, and cauliflower mac and cheese. Way too many calories with what I snacked on in town today, 1948 cals, but macros are 74/10/16, with net carbs 27.82. Not significantly good for my first day on the new challenge, but I did walk 6043 fitbit steps today. And, my bedtime BS was 113!!!
