Eating like that is a behavior and behaviors can be changed. Your aware of what your doing so now you need to start changing the behavior which takes time. It takes 3 or more weeks to change a behavior. Plan a snack for when you get home (protein oriented will keep you satiated longer). Some people are volume eaters so finding low caloric items to snack on will help. If you feel the need to keep snacking, go for a walk. Play a video game. Make a phone call. Come on fat secret and ask people to talk you down, lol!
