Ok my legs are killing me...we only worked out doing squats and lunges yesterday...now I can barely get up and down. I went on a bike ride to try to loosen up the muscles, now I feel worse. May have to take tomorrow off totally from working out...give the muscles a day off. I have another training session on Tues and I'm sure it will kill me to, but at least I feel I'm getting my monies worth :) Also added more calories to my diet...I'm to 1000 a day...go me. Plus I'm eating some bread (not much) , but a bit. Still need to work on my fat intake.
