@LTHOMP basically just comes down to eating the same thing over and over. Just as a dog eats dog food day in and day out. Well some dogs, I know people that feed there dogs human food. Mine is on a strict nutritional plan haha dog food only, keeps him lean and healthy. As for me I have a flexible nutritional plan, for the most part 6 days out of the week it’s the same breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

My co-worker feeds her dogs green beans when they get too fat. LOL, maybe I'll eat more green beans.

I have essentially eaten the same breakfast at least 5 days a week and never get tired of either. Egg, toast, jelly, juice, International coffee cappuccino. Lunch does vary some but not a lot—- then dinner is seldom the same. I love to try new recipes.

No thanks. I like to wing it. But yeah, the same thing over and over works but is not for me, haha.
