Body teaching me things I already knew...Good Friday morning...I was enjoying the vegan lifestyle..however my weight was going up so fast from enjoying the carbs..I had to get back on the low carb lifestyle...and I learned that lectins are in everything..just some food has more..some less...the more I read..the less I’m happy with what I discover..almost every food source has been modified...one way or another..

60 this morning...with rain on the way..therapy at 10am...shoulder has a catch in it..gonna try and work that out soon as I journal..

Finally did figure out what was causing my inflammation in my legs...my protein powder that for years never bothered me...now for some reason does...and every day I have therapy I eat peanut butter on a piece of pita bread...and take my ibprophen and hydrocoden before therapy..by time I get to therapy my legs don’t want to move...today IL be substituting pb2...to take the meds...just all of a sudden body has gotten more sensitive to other things I’ve been using for years...

Since I was feeling so much better yesterday..went for 10 min walk instead of riding inside yesterday...wasn’t as long as I wanted...but enjoyed it more...was outside...

Well green tea is done...no protein in it today...just an ice cube to cool it down to drink it...then breakfast...sun will be coming up shortly behind the clouds today..

I was curious to see how the Vegan diet was working for you. Sorry it didn't work out. Since I started Keto/low carb my weight is finally coming down. I feel better than I did. It's been an adjustment. Our weather was 54 degrees in the VA mountains this morning. The heat kicked on.
