good pick up Jimmi! I don't think too low calories works at all. the body needs fuel to heal.

Jimmiepop. good info on your experience with VLCD and fasting, thanks. It is the next step, but i need to plan around days i need to think. My weight.. I could have been just dehydrated to get to 183. Guess we'll find out over the next week.

I Am Thor, pooping is much less on carnivore :-) Gives your gut time to heal , so they say. Much less waste. Experiences are WAY more powerful than a book. Thanks for sharing!

Sorry. I was not suggesting you were an idiot about a possible plateau. I only recently got active again on here so have not been following your posts from the beginning. I will butt out.

Rannanmc, absolutely NOT. But nice try! Going carnivore has HEALED my autoimmune disease, i need to be grateful that my head is clear and my body isn't painfully aching and breathless every day with carnivore! Despite being fat, i'll take lower autoimmune symptoms and stay fat over thin and sick.

Didn't mean to upset you. Your entry sounded like you had enough. Curious if you have a gallbladder? I don't and sometimes I think that slows me down when processing fats.

Rannanmc also, a plant based, and legume based diet will jack up your insulin! If you can take it, go for it, but it is highly suggested NOT to go that high on carbs if you have insulin resistance or are fat, or a diabetic or... fill in the blank. Cows eat grass, i eat cows hehe!

Sometimes being frustrated, actually motivates me to try harder but there is a fine line. I am delivering a resume today, so wish me luck! And i didn't break this WOE YET! I will make it a full 30 days, I MUST I MUST I MUST I MUST! If by the end, i don't get a whooosh, i will add one non processed food at a time. That peanut butter and coconut milk are screaming at me LOL. haha.

yes but you pointed it out yourself, you feel better, your head is clear and yes once you are done with your 30 days you should try one food at a time. you will quickly find if it effects you by only adding one item a couple times in the same day. some foods it is pretty immediate. at least it is with me. don't have two items in the same day. the next day try something new and don't have anything else but your normal basic diet and the one new item. this is how I had to do it a couple decades ago. got to do it again.
