Yay! I'm down to 175.5 weight!!!! My minor goal is 175, my major goal is 140 and when I really do get there I'll set another goal.(Don't know how many more wrinkles I can tolerate at that point.) BS was 116 at bedtime last night, so I skipped the diabetes med and woke up to 127 BS this morning. This is still an experiment, but I'm beginning to believe the results. Maybe this can really be the blood sugar trend, down instead of up? Not only that, it rained nearly an inch last night and my garden is happy again! More rain this evening! Going to IHOP this morning so plan on splitting my omelet and save half for lunch. Going to a story-telling event this evening with a friend, so I have several food challenges today. Update: I passed all the food challenges today. Bedtime readings: BS 113 (skip a med!) 1072 cals. 81/8/11 macros, net carbs 14.45
