Update 1: It's 2:16 PM EST, I am 17 hrs 8 minutes into my fast and I had 20 calories. Oh no, I am going to get fat.... I forgot, I am already fat.
212.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks @Scalewatcher3. I will NOT post pictures without my shirt on for a while. Too self conscious. I could pictures of my arms and legs up here all day but I am a work in progress. My legs look like a soccer player in the making.
