Yeah, you read my food journal right, I didn't have anything but coffee for breakfast lol. I was running late this morning so I didn't have time but I wasn't really hungry either.
I had Wendys for lunch, and I use to love their burgers but not so much anymore. Seems like since I pretty much stopped eating the fast food, when I eat it I feel sick! I suppose that's a good thing lol.
Ugh these last few weeks have been quite a roller coaster. I actually feel better today health wise. Things should get back to normal soon and hopefully I'll be back to eating healthy and exercising. Bright Future Ahead :)

Isn't it amazing how the foods we used to love are actually gross if you don't eat them for awhile? I used to LOVE fast food burgers and fries. After not eating them for months, I had some McDonalds on a road trim- and promptly got sick by the side of the road about a half hour later. Needless to say, that was the last time I had, or will ever have, McDonalds. I will not miss it either :)

Yeah that's pretty much how I feel. Glad I'm not the only one lol :) I'll be going on a trip here in a few months so I'll have to seek out a Subway instead of the burger joints lol.

There are other things at these fast food places besides burgers. I had a grilled chicken snack wrap that was only 260 cal. Is much better for you that any of the burgers. Although now I prefer Subway. I want to be the next Jerrod.

I know there are better things for me than a burger, but I intentionally got one because I just had the taste for it lol. Good luck to you on your Subway quest! Its good :)
