Bluecoaster Uhmm, no rowing. 😕 Checked the weather forecast while contemplating in the heavy rain, and saw that the sun will be back tomorrow. With that I turned even more lazy, thinking I can do a bicycle ride in sunshine tomorrow. Normally, when I do exercise, I feel very restless and full of energy prior. This restless feeling has come along daily for months now, so I start to trust it as my body's way to say 'lets go'

If you look online you can find some handy movie/ tv show/ commercial workouts that you can adjust to your needs. That’s always my rainy day plan. Watch movies but do the workouts.
