Ok. O started, left, came back and lefy agian!! Hope im here for the duration now. My chart looks odd as it seems add its own weight at times. Not too worried as I know what it really is.
Started yesterday, did really well, not cheats at all. Small problem is that I have a cold and Im having to take cough sweets and medicine. Both probably full of sugars and sweetners. Oh well, it could be alot worse. Not going to weigh in till next monday. Wish me luck!

I too had a sweet addiction, but has slowed down tremondously the past month by buying Hershey's 100 calorie choc snacks. They have dark choc bars/twix/chocc wafer/ all kinds. I would allow myself 1 a day in the evening. I felt so guilty after doing that for about a week that I have slowed down on it. You still feel guilty, but it's only 100 calories and not as damaging as a 300 calorie/tons of fat regular bar. They are incredible.. favorite is choc covered pretzels. I only eat about 1-2 a week now. Cravings cut down. If only I could do it with my caffeine addiction... hang in there. always say to yourself that u need to worry about today and if u mess up, tomorrow is a new day to start over. You can do this. We are all in this horrible situation together...

They have sugar-free cough syrup and losenges. Throw out all your sugar ones. Take care.

Those 100 calorie packs are not Atkins friendly so they are out of the question if you are following the Atkins plan. Also, they may only be 100 calories, but they are nothing but highly processed carbs that are not good for anyone no matter what plan they are on.

My husband and son both had colds and you would be surprised at the amount and variety of sugar free items out there.
