Let's see, i'm drinking water til I slosh when I walk, walking 5 miles a day instead of 2-3, watching everything I put into my mouth... and i stay the same :( Now i do have a cold, so i wonder what the science is behind my body hoarding everything while I'm sick, if there is such a thing. LOL

Well if your diet calendar is correct, you aren't eating enough for your current weight, the fact that your a man and your walking 5 miles at a time. If you don't fuel the metabolism, it will slow. I wouldn't go below 1200 daily, but you should probably be eating more. But you are losing because look at your chart. It's just slowed. Make sure you are getting enough lean protein, fruits and veggies. WHAT you eat can be as important as HOW MUCH! Good luck!

Oh you are doing JUDD, well make sure your up days you are getting enough calories. Try 1500 on your up, since the low are so low, lol. That's the point of the diet. The up days help to fuel your metabolism for the very low days.
