How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself daily after bathroom before breakfast also.and I know that I fluctuate so sometimes it seems like I gained but usually within the week and averages out but once in awhile I think I'm on a plateau well I'm really not.I have it linked to my Facebook so that when I lose it sends out a post my scale automatically sends it so I have no choice so that part makes me make sure I don't cheat!
