oh my gosh! I know the feeling! I am holding onto some sugary treats from the ethnic festival I went to .. thinking "for emergency"..but sugar and grains, fruits are a definite no-no for me right now. I am thinking of "donating" my no-no food to my svelte daughter..she is a carb-a-holic and sweet-eater and can afford to eat the stuff.
