Very nice numbers Rosio19. You have done a fantastic job. Looks like your plan is to tone up now? Do some body sculpture stuff? Personally I find more drive to lift, with a more protein heavy menu. Makes the muscles warm and good, instead of slack and lazy. Wish I knew that before now, as it has been a life changer.
