Well mixed berry protein powder sucks but I like the whey from tropical smoothie but it may be because of the smoothie it comes in ;). I’ve increased calories and am noticing that I’m not as tired on workout days and I’m starting to have a small bulge where my bicep should be :P. Still has a nice soft covering but it bumps up a bit! Correct starting workouts, enough protein and the right amount of calories works wonders! Nice post!
