A great day down another pound, but also a milestone, I am now the weight my drivers license says, it will be exciting to change that for the less when renewal time comes. woohoo!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 May 2010:
1304 kcal Fat: 59.15g | Prot: 167.77g | Carb: 15.84g.   Breakfast: decaf tea, smoked chicken mozzarella artichoke sausage, mozzarella, eggs. Lunch: carne asada, sour cream, avocado, chicken breast. Dinner: crystal light, chicken breast, strawberries, protein drink. Snacks/Other: WATER, dill pickle, protein drink. more...

That's too funny..you made me look, but our state no longer puts our weight - just height! Still 5'7"... :))) I probably would have fudged the truth - not that I advocate lying...but I would have been hard pressed to spit my weight out of my mouth last spring! Good for you!! whoohoo!

Wow, I wish we didn't have our weight written on ours, and at the time I had it done I wasn't lying 4 years ago, but that just shows how much I have gained since then.
