Wake up early to 77.80kg, down 0.20kg/7oz from yesterday. The hunger created by the that little bit of fruit, left the body about 1.5 days after. Feel much more at ease now, without this hunger effect.

baskington LOL. So true. Fresh bread with some fatty food on the side shoulg get the weight up quick for me. Sweet stuff to keep the appetite in top gear.

Terrific progress. Wow!. YOU ARE VERY FOCUSED. I am trying also. Keto sems to be a good program. lol - what are you going to do when you hit your target weight? Great job.
