Yesterday ended great. It was about 7ish and I started feeling that usuall feeling of hunger. So I took the advice of a fellow member of having a small delicious snack, so I had some melba toast with jam, and it really satisfied my hunger. Then I really had a rush of energy and did the half hour yoga workout from Jilian Michaels that kicked my ass. This weekend I plan on buying a scale!!
