Yesterday I went off to the deep end with over-eating. My whole day was perfect. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and nutritious snacks in between...but then after dinner at 6:00 I ate 600 calories worth of snacks in an hour. Its as if my mind goes into panic mode after my last meal of the night. Thinking maybe I'll never eat again or something, but after dinner is the hardest for me, and its so depressing because I work so hard in the day time, just to ruin it at night.....sigh....
