Ok, so yesterday I joined SparkPeople and it told me that I was not getting enough fat or carbs so I adjusted my intake...now my weight is up. I'm going to try it that way for a week and if I continue to gain I will go back to my way. :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 April 2010:
971 kcal Fat: 20.90g | Prot: 66.03g | Carb: 128.21g.   Breakfast: KROGER ACTIVE LIFESTYLE CEREAL, 2% MILK. Lunch: chunk white albacore, miracle whip light, Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges, kroger value bread, special k crackers. Dinner: fajitas. Snacks/Other: special k honey nut. more...

My sister in law is on sparkpeople.. I have not looked at it.. I would love to hear your thoughts on it Jen. But I have one condition.. you are not allowed to fall in love with the site and abandon/forget about us.. well me.. anywho have a great day.

I could never leave my FS or you or any of my buddies here! All of you are the reason that I've come this far and I will never leave...you guys are stuck with me!!!

Sparkpeople told me that I wasn't eating enough fat, too. But I ignored it! The pie chart kind of blew my mind, though. Told me that I'm eating mostly carbs, which I knew, but to see it on a pie was crazy.

Don't forget that your weight can fluctuate naturally with no change in your diet so it could have just been time of day, if you had too much salt etc. Agreed, a good idea to give it some time and track it.
