Counting calories has always works for me. I get bored and go off and try something else, thinking 'this is it!!' then I get bored and eat, and then top all my food with butter, eat some more, stand on a scale, and then go back to counting calories. I guess the message is if it 'aint broke, dont fix it! find what works and run with it.
