ok so after a few yrs on medications that all cause weight gain i finally had a dr review my meds. who knew! now that we have made the necessary changes to meds, dr recommends a high protein diet. and of course increase walking to 10,000 steps. hmmm that has been an issue since my back surgery. i have worked up to 5,000 steps but it is really hard and am finding that the pain has really increased. instead of stopping this time, i am going to do aquatics. i am so determined to get a part of my life back and to feel like me again. only 50 pounds less of me! lol
