Why can't I lose weight
i was the same way until i had a dr check my medicines. lo and behold my bp meds Propranolol was one of my culprits. he has me on a high protein low carb (under 50grms) program and i am finally seeing my weight coming down. it is incredible how many carbs are in fruits and veggies seeing this on our food calculator i can make changes carrots vs my carb intake. good luck if i can do this so can you!
