I am almost to my goal but I have been really struggling this past month. I don't go to the doctor until July 16th and I weigh in then. I do not own a scale. I only have 12 lbs to GO! I am really trying to cut my carbs to 20g a day but its hard some days! I still cant exercise (walk) with my back/leg issues. I still cant walk very far because of the sciatica,but it's getting better with Physical Therapy.

Any suggestions to get me a kick start to losing the last 12 lbs?
