I just recorded the breakdowns for the new microwave brownies and frosting that I found. Pretty good on the carbs fiber and protien. Thought I may have been eating too many carbs but I am doing fine. So that was nice. It's a lot of work to get the nutritional stuff in for things that I make, but well worth it.
