couldn't finish my dinner tonight because I felt full so much quicker than normal. can't complain tho cuz I'm seeing a difference in my weight

Thanks guys!!! Yeah it has taken alot to mentally realize "Hey ur full" instead of just eating on auto pilot. It helps to eat slower too.
