Tonight it's been difficult to keep up with my diet. I had diarrhea, my stomach was empty, I had to defrost some shrimp and ate them fruit does not appeal to me nor yogurt. I am starving

try chicken or red meat - some protein maybe will help wipe out the hunger and if prepared right they're both very low calorie

Thank you, so you forsee the future, and I defrosted shrimps and had them with lots of pepper and spices. And I feel full. Ha ha, good weekend to all

Hope you're feeling better. Diarrhea is about the worst thing, I had to quit eating raw hot peppers and pickled and fermented foods because of how bad they irritated my digestive tract. Fiber doesn't really help me in that regard, seems to make things worse. Try eating about four ounces of cheese, that should help with the lower intestinal issue, and for the hunger issue consider drinking a cup of broth, that usually helps. Good luck to you!
