A week of pms is enough! Wish it would get a move on and end already. I’m tried of weight gains, cravings and grumpiness. This is fun when I’m losing and feeling good but not fun at all when I’m not. Must endure the hormone fluctuations.
130.8 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ugh I feel ya! For at least 3 days every month I eat like it’s my last day on earth and screw up my progress.

It's called Asutra. It's 4 fl oz. Lasts forever. They send an email prior to it arriving explaining benefits and how to use it, etc.

I have this too, every month. Very hard to deal with, and I don't expect to lose either. An endless cycle.
