I'm still plateaued at 233 lbs. I started 30 Day Shred over since it's been awhile since I've done it. I had to take some days off for a pulled muscle in my leg. I took my measurements again yesterday. Since I first started 30 day shred when I took my measurements and yesterday I've lost 1 inch off my waist and half an ince off my boobs. My arms are up a little. I'm assuming I'm gaining muscle as I'm still plateaued.


Today will be my indulgence day. Today is my youngest sons birthday, he turns 3. We're going to have pizza and cake. I'll be having a little of each. We're not going do much. He doesn't really understand that it's his birthday anyway.

How do you like that 30 day shred? I've been wondering about it. Is it easy to follow?

I like it. It is easy to follow. I had to modify some of the modified moves because I couldn't do them but other than that it wasn't bad. I'm so out of shape. I'm still having trouble doing the jumping jacks. I made it to day 7 of level 1 but then I pulled a muscle in my leg last week (damn jumping jacks). The first few days were torture :) I was so sore but after a few days it got a lot better. I did it last night and today I feel fine. I'm ready to see level 2 but I'm going to wait and do level 1 again for the 10 days just to make sure I'm ready.
