WEEKLY UPDATE: Isolation week 4 Keto (for the most part, no really high carb days) Average calories: 2450 Average weight: 111
Up all over the place.☺ I find feeling full soothing and that certainly accounts for some of the extra food amounts consumed lately. But weight has been 111.4 for the last few days so hopefully I can stop any further sliding from happening. I am not beating myself up over this. Working on staying healthy in body and mind and feel like I am doing that.
Weather has not been the greatest with snow and cool wind so my favourite exercises of running and walking have been limited. But done some of it. Should be better this week.
I have made some workout challenges for myself: work on biceps and abs AND try to master L sits. those are in progress. But no Biceps and abs.... yet ☺☻☺
Still taking advantage of very cheap turkey offerings and will make one tomorrow. Today it is fathead pizza. My daughter is in the process of moving back in. It is hard to get a job right now so she will camp out here. She is not keto but she enjoys the fathead pizza quite a bit.

I love to have her close but I think kids need to move out at some point. It is healthy for them. But I have an outdoor walking buddy now and that is super nice.

You’re doing so well! I seem to shoot up by 3 pounds instantly if I go over my usual 1700/1800 calories.

Thanks all. I am doing well at not sliding. So that is good. I agree that it is hard to focus on home work outs Adef. Easy to get distracted.

@liv001 - I am almost 'mentally'. Not this morning, I have a bunch of work emails to send, and I am 'distracted' and 'not in the mood', but perhaps tomorrow :) Thank you for continuing to be an 'inspiration'. It is up to the rest of us to choose to appreciate it and to motive us 🙌🏾
